Turkey & Zucchini Burgers with Yogurt Sauce and Carrot Fries

Ingredients

Turkey Burgers:

Yogurt Sauce:

Carrot Fries:

Process

Turkey Burgers:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat a cast iron pan over low.
  2. Combine all burger ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. Form into 4 large burgers or 8 small burgers.
  3. Place a drizzle of avocado or olive oil in a hot cast iron pan and sear burgers for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Then place pan into 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes. If making smaller burgers, check at 8 minutes.

Yogurt Sauce:

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine

Carrot Fries

  1. Place carrot strips in a small bowl. Drizzle olive oil over top and add spices and garlic. Toss to coat carrots evenly.
  2. Spread out on a pan with parchment paper and roast for 20 minutes at 425
