Peanut Butter, Avocado & Greens Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2-3 ice cubes
- 2-3 cups of greens
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter orΒ PB fit
- 1/3 of a banana
- 1 scoop of collagen powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 scoop of seeds (like zen basil or chia)
- 1.5 cups of nut milk
Process
- Mix and blend everything
Tips:
- We recommend swiss chard and spinach for this one
- If your blender is not high speed, blend the greens and nut milk first. This will help prevent any large pieces of spinach.
- You want a total of at least 25 grams of protein
- If the protein powder is too sweet, I like 1 scoop flavored + 1 scoop unflavored (like collagen peptides)
- Optional: 1 date if you want it to be a little sweeter or 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder if you want a little peanut butter chocolate option!
- If you are hungry in less than 4 hours, increase your protein and fat next time you make this smoothie
