Ingredients

Process

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend, and if it’s too thick, add a bit of water
  3. Top with olive oil and then your choice of paprika, sumac, pumpkin seeds etc

Tip:

Delicious variations: roasted garlic, sundried tomato, curry, roasted beets, or cilantro lime.

You can skin the chickpeas for a smoother blend, but we usually just make hummus with chickpeas straight from the can.
