Ingredients
- 1 scoop @bewellbykelly protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- handful of spinach
- 1/3 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cups milk of choice
- filtered water
