  1. Our team emailed you instructions on how to set up the CGM and Levels app when your physician consultation was approved. Look for the email with subject line Welcome to Levels! Here’s How to Get Started. We sent it to the same address as your order confirmation email.
  2. If you’re having trouble finding that message, just email us and we will set you up right away!
